| Hi, I hoping someone could recomend a bush/tree/plant that survives in very wet soil. I have a area of my back yard that is always very wet due to an under ground spring. But I want to plant a row of trees/hedges/bushes back there instead of putting up a privacy fence. Any recommendations a deeply appreciated.

| Possibly Clethra alnifolia would work for you. Or maybe Cornus stolonifera. Both of these spread by suckers. And the second one can grow rather large. C. alba might be a better choice. |

| Pussy Willow, or most any willow for that matter. Highbush Blueberry, Swamp Maple, Tupelo, Button Bush, and those that bboy mentioned are all good for your area. |
