Need advice for growing own wedding flowers

I really wasn't sure where to ask this question so I hope Im in the right spot.

I am getting married in late September. I have a very very limited budget and want to buy things for my wedding that I can use forever. I have always loved gardening but never really dove right in. I wanted the wedding to have personal touch to it so I decided to do an all green DIY wedding. So one part of it is me growing all my own flowers for the wedding.

My biggest worry is WHEN to plant WHAT so that they will be ready to cut in September?

I also would like to know what bulbs would be best to purchase that would bloom in September and is it possible to force bloom any type of bulb indoors?

I have an idea for gifts/part of centerpiece where I have large baby food jars that Ive put river rocks in. I then add a little water and a bulb. I am hoping to have them growing (they don't need to bloom) in September. I would like people to be able to take these home as gifts to plant in their own gardens or to simply enjoy indoors.

Here is a list of what Ive planted already.........
-lots of different Zinnia
-Sweet Williams
-Daisys (painted, english, and shasta)
-Bells of Ireland
-Chianti Hybrid Sunflowers
-Teddy Bear Sunflowers
-Dwarf Sunflowers
-Babys Breath

Any advice would be great!

Let me first say, wow! For taking on planning the wedding & doing the flowers. Your in a completely different zone than my zone 5/6 so I am not to familiar with your bloom times etc. If your starting plants from seed & they are perennial, some my not bloom the first year. Annuals may be the way to go here. Also, do you have friends who garden, who wouldn't mind "donating" for the occasion. Most friends would be happy to help. also, on the bulb thing, if they don't have to be blooming & it's for favors, you may want to just give the bulbs instead of having them in water. Just make up cute little decorative bags to give. I'm sure others who are in your zone will chime in.....Good luck & congrats!

Wow..... Sounds like you have a large garden started. If I were a guest at a wedding I would find it difficult to try to balance a glass of water with river rocks and fresh cuts in the car on the way home. But maybe that is just me.... In September you can probably find some 4 inch mums in an assortment of colors to dress up for table pieces. Congratulations to you both.
