Need advice for growing own wedding flowers

I really wasn't sure where to ask this question so I hope Im in the right spot.

I am getting married in late September. I have a very very limited budget and want to buy things for my wedding that I can use forever. I have always loved gardening but never really dove right in. I wanted the wedding to have personal touch to it so I decided to do an all green DIY wedding. So one part of it is me growing all my own flowers for the wedding.

My biggest worry is WHEN to plant WHAT so that they will be ready to cut in September?

I also would like to know what bulbs would be best to purchase that would bloom in September and is it possible to force bloom any type of bulb indoors?

I have an idea for gifts/part of centerpiece where I have large baby food jars that Ive put river rocks in. I then add a little water and a bulb. I am hoping to have them growing (they don't need to bloom) in September. I would like people to be able to take these home as gifts to plant in their own gardens or to simply enjoy indoors.

Here is a list of what Ive planted already.........
-lots of different Zinnia
-Celosia
-Poppys
-Lupine
-Sweet Williams
-Aster
-Columbine
-Dahlia
-Daisys (painted, english, and shasta)
-Hollyhock
-Foxglove
-Bells of Ireland
-Chianti Hybrid Sunflowers
-Teddy Bear Sunflowers
-Dwarf Sunflowers
-Babys Breath
-Gladiolus
-Ranunculus

Any advice would be great!
