wholesale/discount flower sources in Mass?

Hi, I am not a professional but maybe someone can help me. I have volunteered to do flower arrangements for a friend's informal, low-budget wedding. This will be my wedding gift to them. Can anyone recommend a good source of flowers so that I won't have to pay the high retail prices in the Boston area? Is there any way as a non-professional that I can buy flowers wholesale, or at least well-priced or discount? Thanks for all ideas.

There is a florist's exchange in Boston's south end.
    Has early hours.

Thanks for the Famer's Markets, but the wedding is in March. In season, I will for sure visit those markets, though! Have been looking around, and not much in the way of floral material seems to be available at this time of year. About the florist's exchange, is it open to the public/retail? I was under the impression that most of the wholesalers required a tax ID number so they would sell to the trade only.

I was there once as a seller and there was no tax ID stuff.
A tax ID might be cheap, if you really needed it.

Do you know the address of the Flower Exchange in Boston? I can't seem to find where it is located. Also do you know if there is a place in New Hampshire as well that sells wholesale/discount flowers?

I think it's the Flower and Produce Exchange. It's on what used to be the Southeast Expressway in South Boston. Try a Google.
