I am looking for different types of Ornamental grass plugs but haven't had much luck finding them. Anyone know who would sell these?

Bluestem Nursery and Northwest Ornamental Grasses are both large suppliers of a wide array of OG's, both plugs and finished containers. They are west coast-based so shipping and freight will be a factor but they are considered to be two of the largest suppliers with the most diverse offerings in the US. Both are online.

Kurt Bluemel is a big producer for the Eastern and Southeastern regions.

Emerald Coast Growers is one of my favorites. There is also Kurt Bluemel, Walters Gardens, Van Hoorn, and Northwest Ornamental Grasses, and Northwest Bulb and Perennial. Lots of them out there. Emerald Coast is one of the nicest places to deal with!
