Flow rates for hose fertilizer bottles

I have posted this also in the watering forum. In need of math wizard..lol

I have been wanting to hook up an old hose sprayer fertilizer bottle filled with food grade H202 not fert. I was wondering if anyone knew the siphon rates these things work at. I understand Rainwater is superior for watering as it has H202 in it. So rather than spraying fertilizer from the bottle I want the water pulling out H202 from it as it passes by in the hose - Does anyone understand what I mean..lol. If I know the rate at which the H202 is coming out I can then determine the strength of the H202 needed in the bottle. I would want the end result hitting my plants to be about .5% or .25%

cheers

Jeff
