Price vary of course, but as a general rule sod goes for $1.00 per sq ft installed. Of course if the site work is extensive you should charge more. Also if the sq footage is small you should charge more as it costs you more and the sod farms dont deliver smaller quantities.

Top soil most guys I hear charge about $75-$100.00 per yard installed.

Where on the Island are you and where do you buy your supplies? I have found the guys at the wholesalers are really very helpful when you ask what the going rate for things are.
