Trying to make ends meet!! Hi to all, my question is this: How much are some of you charging for a general final grade/seeding job for a new home with good soil and no real slope concerns? Do you use a price per sq. ft. or just estimate how long and charge accordingly. I have not offered this service because it is so competitive here in the Madison Wisconsin area (many do it on the side). I need to add this to my business... perchased bobcat attachments etc. Thank you for your help!! I really do appreciate any comments. TJ
