It may hit thirties for two or three nights in the next week. May 15 is considered our "last frost" date, but we all know how that goes. But, you'd think we were on the last legs of the bedding plant season if you listen to the customers. "Wow, you sure got a lot of stuff left", they say giving glances of pity. Good God I hope so! They shouldn't even be planting half of it yet. I still have stuff in plug trays for what used to be the long late spring and early summer gardening season. When the last day of May hits, they expect you to cut prices in half on stuff they can't find anywhere else. In reality, if it's fresh and nice, you should double your prices.

It's sad. I get the same stuff at Christmastime. They want poinsettias before Thanksgiving, and still have them beautiful after they sit in a display until January.

Rushing seasons. Doesn't time go by fast enough without helping it along? There I said it. I feel better. LOLOL.
