Fertilizer infection devices

Posted by raisedbed florida (My Page) on

Due to extended period of no rain, I am installing an irrigation system for my grove/orchard/garden of approx. 5 acres and it occurred to me that this would be a good time to install a fertilizer injector. The well which services all of this is 5HP. My question is: I have zip experience with fertilizer injection systems and find that those available run the gamut from cheap and simple to complex and expensive. Does anyone here have experience (good or bad) with a specific system?
Thanks,
John

I bought a chemilyzer from Farmtek.com about a month ago and I've been real happy with it so far. It works with low flow or high flow nozzles, and I'm injecting fertilizer/vinegar to adjust ph. It works ok with my Dramm mister/low flow seedling nozzles, too. We mounted ours on a hand truck for portability and are using a 5 gallon busket with a lid to put the concentrated fertilizer/vinegar solution in. So far so good.....

Reseach the issue? There's other forums for this last question.
