Raised Bed Issues

I am seeking some help here in Massachusetts...I've already completed a Soil Test and results were Normal but, My cucumbers keep dieing. The steams will turn white, then fall over. I know I am ealry to start planting, but I have been following the Night Time Temps to be around 50-55 Degrees F and if it gets cooler, I'll cover them with plastic.

I have noticed a massive number of Cut-worms this year eating some of the leaves but I am hoping that the " Downy Mildew" isn't the culprit as well. Thank you for reading.
