Lath House

We are about to build a lath house for our perennial area. Does anyone have any recommendations, plans, ideas, tips or warnings?

We intend to build it about 7' high and use pine, which we have an economical source for.

Snow load is very heavy here, but I'm assuming that it is not a huge factor with a roof with lots of open space.

Is height critical? What about orientation?

A bummer ninamarie with the lack of response. A lath house was a common feature in those pre Victorian gardens that had to supply produce for the big house start your search there.
