bananas from tissue culture?

Did anyone ever micropropagate banana plants? if so how do you do it? thanks

You probably want to do a scientific journals such as Plant Tissue Culture or HortScience.

I understand Japanese banana (Musa basjoo) is being tissue cultured. Nowadays you can even buy plants of it at supermarkets, I think the meristem propagation is why.
