give her a break, she is just a young woman who is interested in gardening! if this generation isn't encouraged to learn about gardening then I am sorry but YOU will have no customers in a few short years! the babyboomers won't live forever my friend.

Namaste Jennifer

I have no problem with 'a young woman interested in gardening' rosalie I do have a problem with your attitude, however, I am not your friend and your phony 'namaste' is BS.

The post simply does not seem appropriate to a professional gardening forum - a student blog can hardly be considered professional and the content confirms that. However the rather suggestive photos may lead one to assume the author is involved in another type of 'professionalism' :-)

And depending on how one perceives it, the lack of interest in personal gardening of the coming generations may very well lead to an increase in gardening services of all types being provided by the real professionals this forum was intended to encourage!

Will Inkognito squirm and push would-be huggers away?

Tune in tomorrow to find out!

wow incognito, who knew you were so touchy... LOL...and the reference to Jennifer's religious beliefs was not "phony" as I am in fact Buddhist.

However I must have missed the photos you refer to b/c all I saw was some short plant descriptions and a bio.

As well, there are a number of 'non-professionals' who post on this open forum, some asking for info to purchase wholesale, or how to become a master gardener etc.

RELAX

*OM Shanti*

rosie: between the eco-feminist Buddhist approach and the day to day grind of making a living from horticulture (a word that already describes much of your new age speak)there is a whole field to be ploughed. If someone comes to this forum, a forum for people working in that field offering pablum please don't call it 'touchy' when I wonder if they have their head up their a**.
