Glendale Ca. Pruning help

I am having a hard time finding someone that can properly prune my citrus trees and huge climbing rose trees. Usually do this ourselves but the job is getting too big. Do I need to find an arborist company? It seems too small of a job for them I don't want to use our gardeners because they just trim it at the top without pruning out the branches properly. Any suggestions or names? Is there a better gardening title I should be typing into google??? Thanks for any help.

Ask at the nearest large independent garden center. Some have their own crews, others will suggest additional folk.
