My friend has a 100 amp panel in his detached garage. It has a 100 amp main breaker. His actual main panel is in his basement and it is 200 amps. The panel in his garage is wired from the 100 amp breaker to the main panel but is terminated in the main 200 amp breakers lugs sharing the lug with the wire that comes from the utility/meter. Is this ok?
