re granite dust

Could anyone tell me if they have any experience or knowledge of using granite dust gotten from Cemetery Headstone engravers where Alumina Zirconia is used in the sandblasting technique of engraving and therefore would be within the rock dust, although in small amounts as it is an aid to the sandblasting process.

Is this rock dust too toxic to used for vege garden extra soil mineralization or is it not a situation.
