RE: magnetite

Magnetite is an unusual crystal formation which is found in and around iron mines and iron rich soils. I never heard of magnetite being used in as a commercial soil amendment so I googled it. The one article referencing a soil amendment I found in the first 3 screens was written by someone with a PhD. The author did not state the degree discipline so it could be in English or Philosophy or any other non-science area. Because of this lack of info, I give NO credence to the authors claims. Having lived in a state with iron rich soil and some magnetite, I did not discern any noticeable 'super plants' growing. My advice, SAVE YOUR MONEY for something like a new beautiful rose bush.
