Hello to all who might chance upon this thread,

I may have posted on this forum before today, but can't remember as I usually just lurk.

I recently received word that I have been admitted to the Landscape Architecture program at Calpoly Pomona for next fall. I hope to become more involved as I gain experience. Just wanted to say hi and I look forward to learning from your successes and failures.

Next fall? Sheesh what will you do for almost a year? Need a reading list just in time for Christmas? Need a job?

Oh yes. But where are you coming from? You wouldn't have landed up here if you had not a gardening bent but what else? This is a huge field and it would help to narrow it down a bit.

It's been a bit busy around here and I forgot this post. I will be interning with a L/A who does high-end residential and commercial work. My interest leans more toward horticulture/pomology, but I don't really want to run a nursery so I decided to get a degree in L/A.
