Planting Mature Trees

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

We have been searching for a house for 10+ months. We found one that meets most of our criteria with the exception of not one tree on the 12 acres. Much of the acreage is currently farmed (soybeans). I have been looking around and it seems there is a possibility to purchase mature specimen trees (20'+ for a maple and 18'+ for pines), but I cannot find pricing for installation. From what I saw a mature specimen tree is around $300 which seems awful cheap for a tree of that size. Is approximately $10k a safe guess for about 30 trees purchased and installed?

Once again... thanks to anyone who replies! The house is still on the market, but I fear it won't be there by the time I figure this all out.
