(What to do with) begonia cuttings

Hi, I posted this originally in the Begonias forum, but realize I should have posted here. This pertains to any annual plant, actually, not just begonias.

Last summer I had a couple of nice begonias that I took cuttings from (in September or so). Surprisingly (ha) they all 'took' and now I have a dozen small begonia plants.

My question is, what do I do with them? Do I let them grow into huge plants and use them next summer - which I wouldn't find ideal, by the way, using full grown plants in my containers because wouldn't they look terrible by mid-summer? OR, do I take cuttings of these cuttings sometime in, say, Feb? maybe Mar?, so that I have smaller plants to use in my containers next year?

Not sure what you begonia growers do with cuttings, I guess. Thank you for any help.
