Have found the best way to insure success with this plant is to "air layer" ie remove all the bark on each side of a node. apply 0.1% IBA (rooting hormone. then use a ball of long fiber spagimun moss. & cover with plastic rap (no air leak) check moisture in moss once a month should see roots coming through the moss in about 3 months then remove from plant remove plastic & plant is well drained potting soil mix.
