| How do you propagate a "Ti" plant?
Leaves are at top of plant with no space between them. Where do you cut to get a section to propagate? If you cut the entire top group of leaves, will the remaining trunk produce more leaves? |

| You make a cut 2-4 inches below the leaf area & allow to air dry. Apply 0.1% IBA (rooting hormone) Stick in well drained soil Keep soil damp & mist foilage will take 20-60 days to root, The remainding stem in the pot should break a bud or two & continue its growth. Could also cut the remainding stem in4 inch pieces. lay on side & keep soil damp. |

| These are commonly sold in stem sections containing a node. When laid horizontal in moist soil, growth starts from the node and soon makes a plant. Al |
