| Can I propagate by ground layer Lonicera Fragrantissima (Winter honeysuckle-Breath of Spring Bush) now? Do I need to wait until spring? I am in upstate SC. Thanks in advance! |

| I have found it very easy to root just by sticking twigs in the ground any time. I don't think it matters when you do it. But if you are considering layering when you do it doesn't really matter anyway, since it will remain attached to the parent plant until rooted. |
