Seed starting help!

Hi there,

I have recently started a number of seeds in some of the Jiffy Seed Starter kits. A number of them have come up, but some are still germinating. Also, I am noticing some very fine white hairs that appear to be mold on some of the pellets. Here are my questions:

1) The packet says to remove the dome once the first seeds sprout, but to wait until all seeds are sprouted to move them into the sun. Would it be better to move the sprouted seeds immediately, so that they don't get leggy?

2) What do I do about the mold? I'm thinking that moving the sprouted seeds at least might be best so that they don't come down with wilt!

FYI - the seeds I am sprouting are a mixture of vegetables (eggplant, tomatoes) and flowers (dahlias, petunias, portulaca).

Thoughts?
