Wave Petunis & Impatiens

I have started Eave petunias & Impatiens from seed 2 weeks ago. The germination rate was not what i expected, so I do not have the quantity that I was expecting , so was wandering can I take cutting from these once they are big enough say around March /April and would these cuttings be big enough to flower this summer?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can take cuttings & should flower about the same time as the parent plant
