At least in Orygun, propagated via cuttings (summer..semi-soft cuttings and cuttings from tissue culture plants root pretty easily, have not seen hardwood or winter hardwood), stooling beds, tissue culture, grafting and probably to a limited extent air-layering.

Air layering works with this plant! I did it in the fall of 07 and planted the new plant in the Spring of 08. It is now over 4 feet tall. I posted a picture of it on Dave's Garden. It's in the Propagation forum. Air layering has about a 100% success rate with this plant.
