I bought Superthrive and Messengers today. I have read the little bit of info on the bottles, which isn't much, and also on the web and in forums. I am still confused. Which product do I use for which situation? 1. Starting seeds inside under lights (which one goes in the water). 2. Rooting my rose cuttings. 3. Spraying seedlings. 4. on my African Violet leaves I am trying to root.

I don't want to use the wrong product and harm my lil plants and seeds. My rose cuttings are getting new leaves so I think they are doing ok, whhoohooo!
