Rooted Grape vine cuttings question!

Hi,

I rooted a bunch of grape vine cuttings in a large pot and they have all leafed out and I am sure they have rooted. My question is when would be a good time to take them out of the pot and divide them and individually pot them up? Can I do it now? or should I wait until next winter when they are dormat again?

For me the best time to plant somethings is in the fall. It give the plant months to take root before spring. Make sure to mulch the plant good to protect it from the cold.
