Moving an established Passion Flower

danit

I planted a passion flower vine last august and loved it! I decided over winter to make the area right by it a veggie garden and pulled up the vine because it was going to block the sun. Now that it's spring I noticed that the vine is still alive and it's coming back! I would like to save it because it is such a beautiful plant, but I need to move it to a part of the garden where it won't block the sun for the veggies. Any tips on how to move it? Root cutting propagation, perhaps?
Thanks!
