| Hello, I was wondering when was the best time of year to take the cuttings of the Washington hawthorn and the drake elm trees and should it be hard or softwood? Thanks |

| Both = summer/Winter use cuttings of firm new growth or hardwood. Also use 0.8% IBA (rooting hormone) |
