Guidance for vanilla bean cuttings?

I have two different kinds of vanilla bean vines and would love to learn how to take some cuttings from them and get them to root. Can anyone guide me on what to do? One vine is a real grower and it's about 8 ft long. The other one is a varagated kind and it seems to be stunted but will be working on it as it warms up here in the north. Any help would be great! Thanks :)

Propagation easy when dormant... Take cutting & allow to dry 2-3 weeks then apply 0.1% IBA (rooting hormone) stick in well drained soil keep soil damp not wet, bottom heat useful.

I've grown Vanilla Planifolia cuttings without rooting hormone. I just allowed the cuttings to dry for about 10 days and potted them in a very well draining mix. This was done during the summer in a greenhouse so it was quite warm and humid.
