| If so what's the best way? Do you want to use this seasons growth or older wood? About how long does it take for them to root? I took some cuttings of firm new growth, dipped them in rooting hormone and put them in perlite in a covered pot a few weeks ago but I can't tell if they are taking or not. |

| Do you mean Beech? if so then use 3-4 inch tip cutting taken in July. apply 0.8% IBA (Root hormone) stick in well drained soil & mist taking 5-6 weeks to root.... may allllso use root cuttings.... |
