Pothos is dying

Hi -

I've had my pothos for about 2 years now, the vines are very long (6-8 feet)... but in the past month or so I notice that the leaves are turning yellow. This happened once before because i moved it to a darker area when it had gotten too big for my table :) I found a spot for it in the window, now its grown very long.

However, this time, it seems all leaves are turning yellow on certain vines (older ones and newer ones). And I'm always plucking them off - leaving vines with green leaves at the end. I havent been watering anymore than usual. I know that overwatering can kill them. But I've used the same amount for 2 years now.

So.... I've decided to make some clipping (first time doing this) to at least try to save part of them in case the plant does die.

Is this a smart move? Or should I try repotting which I'm afraid to do because I read they dont like it much. My plant has been very forgiving, but now its like its giving up :)

Any help is appreciated!
