I use soft wood cuttings apply 0.1% IBA (Rooting hormone) stick in well drained soil & mist taking 15-30 days to root

Thanks- I guess I'll have to run over to the garden center! The rooting hormone I just threw away was quite old, anyway!

Gaura reseeds itself prolifically for me, both the white and pink cultivars always have plenty of "volunteers". I have rooted cuttings but never have a need to anymore-- since the first year of introducing it to my property!
