tammy the easiest way is to take a crown cutting. your plants should have more than one fleshy crown. cut one off at the base. let it dry over night. trim off all but a few of the leaves. fill a pot with either straight perlite or potting mix with a lot of perlite. dip the cuttings in a rooting hormone, insert the cuttings in the pots. water well. they don't want to be watered too much. straight perlite might need it twice a week, depending on where you keep them. they should root in a few weeks.

ps you might want to make sure there isn't a patent on your plants forbidding propagation. it's up to you whether you do it or not, but it is illegal.

Cody, is the crown, the clump at the base ,on the soil line where the stems are coming out of? my new ones only have about 8-9 leaves.Do they need to be older to do this?

yes thats the crown. if yours only has one growing point, then yes it needs to be older.
