Problemts with my Stem Cuttings from my Red Anne Fittonia

Hello all, for the first time ever, I took two stem cuttings from my Red Anne Fittonia and propagated them in soil. I potted both cuttings in one pot to begin with and put in a huge clear ziplock bag to promote humidity. After about two or three weeks, roots had formed and I happily re-potted the cuttings into their own small pots.

They are inside the house in a bright spot, but not in direct sunlight. After about an hour though, I checked on them and they had fainted. It turns out that they can not handle the environment without the humidity of the bag because after putting both back in the ziplock bag, they picked themselves back up again.

that was two weeks ago, I just tried taking both out of the bag and they fainted yet again. They are now back in the bag. I know roots had formed too because I saw them and there is new growth as well.

Will I ever be able to grow them without the bag? Did I do anything wrong in the propagating process??

If you would like pictures let me know.

And thank you in advance for any advice you guys may offer me.
