propagation and moon gardening

I try to learn gardening by moon phases and star signs.
When is the best time to take cuttings?
When is the best time to transplant or divide existing plants?

I usually use this site:

http://www.farmersalmanac.com/home_garden/gardening

but it has two drawbacks:
We're down under
it's more for farmers and does not include the questions mentioned.
