| How should I root strawberry runners for hydroponics? Will roots grow out of the runners' stems or the base of the new crown? At what stage should they be separated from the mother?
I'd like to root them in a bubble cloner but also have rockwool and peat pellets. A few of the runners have leaves which are starting to unfold, some have another runner growing out of the new crown, others just have the bud. These are outdoor strawberries and I'd like to root the runners indoors. Ozark Beauty. Hope that is enough info. Thanks! |
