Viburnum? I am having some success in 1/2 peat 1/2 perlite in a mini propagation chamber. I dipped the ends in rooting hormone and stuck them in. It's only been about two weeks, but they look to be doing pretty well and putting out new leaves already. I used firm new growth and stripped all but the top leaves off before putting them in the rooting medium.
