Transplanting Tree

I have successfully started some trees from Scions cut earlier this year. I ended up with about 3 per pot. Wondering when I can transplant them to bigger pots. Right now they are the right size to transplant. I know the best time for transplanting stuff is when they are dormant. But all my stuff is outgrowing there pots. Any thoughts?

If your cuttings are well rooted you should have enough growing season left where you are, to establish in new pots with enough roots to carry them through the winter. Al
