where are some good places to get root stock in Canada?

Wondering if typically you just buy rootstock that you need, or if you propagate your rootstock too once you get some?

I want to find a stock preferably good for plumb/peach/nectarine as well as ones for apple, pear and cherry. I have only recently begun to consider grafting and have a very limited knowledge of how it all works but figure its worth a try. So any information is greatly appreciated
