| I'm being married next Saturday and was wondering if there is any chance of propagating some stephanotis from my bouquet? What better way to preserve the bouquet? |

| Best wishes to you! The prettiest preserved bouquet I've ever seen was a pressed flower design. The artist pressed flowers and foliage from the bouquet and arranged them into a stunning arrangement very symbolic of the original design. The finished product was mounted on acid-free paper, of course, to protect the piece, and matted and framed beautifully. You could also use ribbons from the bouquet in the arrangement, as well as other embellishments (a bit of lace, tulle, seed pearls, your invitation, etc.) Stephanotis can be propagated, but does NOT take kindly to being grown as a houseplant, which you will have to do in your NJ location. |
