Anyone propogate Cenizo

For obvious reasons I would like to propagate this one Cenizo. It out preforms all my other 4 and I have yet to see another that blooms so heavy. It also has a habit of blooming continuously with a few here and there flowers once the heat and humidity goes up. Any pointers would be welcomed.

Seed: Lightly cover seed soil temp for germination 66-75F
Cutting: Summer firm new growth apply 0.3% IBA (rooting hormone) Stick in well drained soil & mist

I believe that many of the users of this forum would very much like to know what a CENIZO is. Evidently it is a plant and evidently it doesn't flourish in the mid-Atlantic areas of the country. The name cannot be found in the horticultural literature nor can it be found in taxonomic literature. Can anyone provide a current and valid botanical name?

I didn't know all y'all's internet was different up thar in Yankee land. I do notice it seems to slow waaaay down when I type in 'Yankee' plants like azalea and rhododendron. Down here, I type in 'cenizo' and mash the search button on google and it returns 4 images and 6 web sites for the plant and one site even list the botanical name as a search result. Leucophyllum frutescens (Cenizo) Talk to all y'all later.
