So if I did root cuttings from dormant plants the plant that grows will think it's a 2nd yr plant and flower next year? Do I have that right?

Ech.purpua

begoina

Dicenta Spec

hollyhocks

Black eye susan

Russl lupnie

and the hydranges

I will have to keep them under lights then coax in to and out of dormancy right?
