Propagating Azaleas-Patent Question

Hi Everyone,

I have two azaleas in my yard that I would like to propagate to sell, if possible, but I do not know if they are patented. I tried searching, but came up with no results. Is there a site you know of where I can find out if they are protected by patents or not?

I suspect they are, but thought I would check just on the off chance I might get lucky! They are both Exbury. One is a Princess Royal and the other I believe is called a Crimson Queen, but I am not sure (it is a very deep orange color).

Any help you can give me is appreciated.

Thanks so much,
Vicki
