| tryed a layered approach to Propagating my peppermint crepe mrytle scraped off bark on underside and weighted down with a brick... checked it tonight and its rooted good! will pot till bigger... |

| That's cool! How long did it take? I've got a few hydrangea branches with roots after about 6 weeks. My mom likes to do this with her fairy roses. |

| managed to get red CM's for rooting can't layer them as the mom plant isn't mine, but have had good luck with the propagation chamber to root them... |
