English lavender?

Does anyone have or know where I could get some cuttings?

I have heeard this is the best way to get English lavender growing ( instead of from seed ) - any thoughts on that?

The plant exchange lists here on GardenWeb are the first thing to try. Go to the Forums page, then click on Exchanges and Trading (DON'T click on "Plants"). On the Exchanges and Trading page, click "Search Members Trading Lists". Enter English lavender or just lavender in the search window. Good luck! Maureen

Cuttings are faster than seeds but they are also more work. I have hundreds of both Munstead and Hidcote started from seed in January and now in one gallon pots. Had I started cuttings instead they would be blooming now but would have required more care. Al
