I planted seeds of Campanula this spring. They are very slow growers it seems. I have not transplanted them out to my garden yet. We usually get frost around October 1st here. My questions is this. Should I plant them outside now to give them time before frost or can I wait till they get larger?

Not sure of currents size but the normal procedure would be to set out now water the 1 month will give the plants enough time to root in & prepare for winter...
just before first frost mulch & then remove mulch early spring...
