How to transfer rooted tree cuttings for Winter

I am new at this and just thought I would try to clone a disease resistant elm tree.

I took softwood cuttings about a month ago and have been keeping them misted about daily and indoors on a heated pad with a dome (98% humidity).

Since the roots appear to have moved to the edge of the pots, I have the following questions....

1) Would now be a good time to move these into their own pots outside of the high humidity dome or should I keep them as they are for winter storage?

2) If I do move them out, should I use a different soil type now that they have rooted?

3) Should I transition them out and slowly decrease the amount of humidity or would they be OK now to just set outdoors in an open shaded area if I just keep them watered?

Sorry for all of the questions and thanks for your help!
