New Aloe Babies with yellowish substances growing on soil

I have about ten office plants and the soil in a few of my plants, mainly my newly planted aloe babies has peculiar yellowish round looking items popping up all over the soil. It's hard to tell what they are and why to do to fix it. Is this harmful? The plants don't get overwatered, drains at the bottom, and sit in well lot areas.
